Energy Soul Balance is a mother and daughter team. We have both embarked on our own journeys in understanding spirituality and came to a similar understanding that we would like to use our healing properties for the greater good.
Energy Soul Balance prioritises the importance of healing the mind, body, and spirit.

We believe that it is essential for us to look inward and heal our soul, while also learning how to live a healthier lifestyle moving forward.
Often so, we carry around weight from our past traumas and pains; be it unconsciously or consciously. With this in mind, we believe that we can realign our Chakras and shift our energy timeline to be healed of issues including ancestral trauma, spiritual attachments, addiction, and much more - simply through Frequency Healing sessions and Sekhem Energy Healing.
